Digital Marketing Manager
Our client is looking for a driven digital marketing professional to manage the digital campaigns and support the implementation of the digital strategy of the brand and local asset production required for digital marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Manager will be the strategic contact of the brand to the global market and function as a brand guardian to external digital partners.
This role sits within the digital marketing team and coordinates with the product marketing, PR, online and sales teams to support the overall digital strategy of the brand, ensuring consistency and “high-touch” implementation of campaigns.
The Digital Marketing Manager’s responsibility includes the strategic lead on marketing campaigns throughout all digital channels to ensure consistency and premium roll-outs. The Digital Marketing Manager defines the strategic roll-out plan of product and service campaigns and is responsible for the media brief according to the defined campaign objectives.

Description
Supporting the Senior Digital Manager in definition and implementation of Omni-channel strategy for the brand.
Agency management according to the brands digital strategy objectives.
- Together with Senior Digital Manager, lead on local asset and production for localized campaigns – according to campaign split.
- Implementation and roll-out of a holistic content strategy according to the hero, hub and hygiene approach.
- Management of weekly & monthly digital reports.
- Utilise digital channel mix to optimize the overall “Omnichannel” approach of the brand and driving traffic and engagement.
- Asset management and collaboration with Global Digital Marketing Team.
- Assist in development and optimisation of mobile strategy.
- Budget maintenance and PO management.
- Ownership and lead on Paid Search channel strategy – development and optimization of Paid Search strategy.
- Ownership of Digital Academy – lead of co-operation with the Education & Sales department.
- Work collaboratively with product marketing team, online team, sales and PR to implement the brand’s digital strategy.
Profile
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess the following requirements:
- Immediately available for work
- University degree related to the role e.g. marketing, business
- 3-4 years of experience in Digital/ online industry
- Experience in fashion, beauty industry
- Proofed record of successful implementation of holistic digital campaigns in diverse online channels.
- Experience in digital content creation, incl. editorial, video as well as traffic drivers.
- Analytical and numerical thinker – experience to define and work against KPI’s.
- Excellent understanding of brand identity, tone of voice and how to communicate it to the consumer.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Experienced in senior stakeholder management.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Understanding of and passion for the luxury and beauty industries.
Job Offer
The organisation are offering a 6 month contract to start immediately.
