Project Manager


Our client are replacing approximately key Policy and Claims systems with a single package solution. The programme will change the business operating model (Process and organisation design) and this role is to project manage the IT components of that program; Build the environments (production, pre prod, dev, test, UAT, DR etc.), implement the package, embed the package (training support etc.), build and integrate to the rest of the environment (SAP, portals) and migrate data and decommission legacy applications.


You will be responsible for the overall direction, planning, coordination, implementation, execution, control, accounting and completion of specific projects in line with the agreed governance model. Ensure projects remain within acceptable tolerances (budget, scope, quality) and deliver on time.


Budget will be in excess of £2m and less than £5m. You will have implemented package solutions (Call centre CRM, Telcom Billing systems, Insurance Policy and claims) at least twice before.


Skills


  • Project management qualification such as Prince2 or PMP

  • Scrum manager qualification desirable but not mandatory

  • Knowledge of project management techniques and tools
