Responsible for all activities in researching, developing, engaging and managing clients that map onto the company’s target marketplaces.

Primary Responsibilities

• Working in a strong sales and customer service environment, using sophisticated search tools and methodologies in order to locate candidates for both permanent and contract positions.


• Build a 360 desk – including contracts and permanent business


• All advertisement for business development


• A considerable amount of database interrogation and research combined with a high level of telephone sales activity.


• A structured development programme with fast-track progression into client facing roles within a period of 6 – 12 months.


• Update and maintain data of the company’s systems


• Controlling and over-sight of the resourcing process

Key Competencies

• Capable of identifying and developing business opportunities


• Experience within 360 recruitment


• Able to prioritise and manage complex workload


• Proven ability to bill and hit targets


• Can develop relationships up to senior levels


• Displays assertiveness and resolution


• Able to balance requirements of new business and existing
