Ski Travel Product Executive

Ski Travel Product Executive, London, Salary to £24k plus bonus
Required for this well known ski and cycling specialist based in great location in central London. They are looking for an experienced tailor made ski specialist to move into an exciting product role. They will pay to £24,000 plus up to £3500 bonus and great benefits.

Ski Travel Product ExecutiveResponsibilities:
– Responsible for contracting agreed accommodation securing the best rates, promotional offers and exclusives where possible in line with business objectives
– Responsible for collating net prices for accommodation, ski pack products and ancillary sales and standardising them for use by the sales, marketing and operations departments.
-Jointly responsible for collating relevant product descriptions and images and ensure that they are accurately passed to the marketing department for the brochure and website
-To liaise with suppliers to secure educationals and arrange training visits.
-Responsible for summarising the best offers ensuring that these are timely and accurately communicated to the sales, marketing and operations departments and reporting on the results.
-To train the sales team and other departments and provide information on relevant product areas. You will need to compare and contrast different products using features and benefits.
-Maintain an up to date and accurate knowledge of all competitors’ programmes and prices

Ski Travel Product Executive Requirements:
-Tailor-made sales experience in ski is a must, having worked with margins and mark-ups
-A strong negotiator
-Desire to develop a career in the travel industry
-Motivated by achieving targets
-Experience and a strong knowledge of North American and European ski product
-Highly competent in Microsoft applications
