FOOD TECHNOLOGY TEACHER PART-TIME

PART TIME FOOD TECHNOLOGY TEACHER REQUIRED for PRU in North West London to teach 11-16 year olds.

All students at the unit have had disrupted education, having been subject to exclusion or experienced significant difficulties at school. Whilst they are not violent they can present with challenging behaviour in the classroom, the ideal Food Technology Teacher will have previous experience dealing with students presented with emotional and behavioural difficulties and have good subject knowledge at KS3 and KS4.

You should be a strong Food Technology teacher with the ability to use innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience of the pupils, with a view to reintegrating them back into mainstream education and fulfilling their potential.

As an Food Technology Teacher at this PRU, you will be teaching in classes of between 5 to 8 pupils.

This is a part time role teaching 3 days a week in the morning
