PROJECT MANAGER

A specialist Contractor are urgently looking to recruit a Project Manager with experience working on Restaurant and/or Hotel Projects. The Project Manager will be joining a niche contractor who boast a project portfolio across London and the home counties. The successful Project Manager will be involved in some high end restaurant and hotel projects along with other top talent

THE COMPANY

The Project Manager will be joining a specialist and dynamic team of contracters who work on some specailist hotel projects across London. They are considered experts in their field and are a major player in this market.

THE ROLE

As Project Manager, you will be required to oversee all commercial matters on at least 1 project at a time, acting as no1 Project Manager on site and liaising with the required team members when necessary..

Your responsibilities as Project Manager will include;

• Project Manage the programme of works to a high completion standard


• Managing contractors using performance tools such as KPIs and exceeding targets


• Deliver on all projects, ensuring budgets are met


• Achieving customer satisfaction is element to increasing productivity and representing the organisation in a positive manner


• Procurement and tendering of contracts.

THE PERSON

The suitable Project Manager will have an excellent hotel experience across various projects.

• Project Management qualification (Desirable)


• Experience working across various types of projects.


• Significant experience as a Senior Project Manager gained in programme and project environments, successfully delivering high value and complex projects and change management programmes


• Minimum of 3 years post-graduate experience.

THE PACKAGE

• £55,000 – £60,000 depending on experience
