Hospitality Head Chef - M - F - 38k

We are looking for an experienced hospitality head chef to join a reputable contract catering company based in Central London.

The head chef we are looking for would need to have Rosette or come from a 5* hotel background. Here they have regular functions of up to 300 people and sometimes they will have small dinners of up to 40 people. Therefore it is essential for the head chef to have events and banqueting experience as well as an understanding of fine dining.

The head chef will have menu input, where he is able to influence the menu with their knowledge of fine dining.

This is a Monday to Friday role and the salary for the right head chef is 38k and you will be paid overtime + bonuses.
