Interim Senior HR Advisor/HRBP



A wonderfully innovative and expanding healthcare business are looking to recruit an Interim Senior HR Advisor/HRBP to join their collaborative team. This role will directly support the HR Manager and requires someone with solid generalist experience and the professional confidence to work independently. You will be part of a unique entrepreneurial environment and culture fit is essential. The ideal candidate will be passionate, self-motivated and extremely proactive in their approach. The role is London based and will require some flexibility to travel across other London/ Essex sites. The current headcount is around 300 staff, with plans to expand in the near future. Hours will be 9am – 5.30pm, full time.


Duties include:


Supporting managers in performance management
Leading on management of casework including sickness absence & ER cases
Supporting the HR Manager by preparing briefings on a range of HR topics
Provide an advisory service to employees
Work in partnership with the Resourcing Advisor and compliance team


Candidate will be:


CIPD qualified or equivalent
Commercially aware
Competent with ER and employment law knowledge
Personable, team player
Adaptable, with excellent communication skills


The successful candidate will need to be able to start at short notice for a period of 6 months whilst the client is implementing a new permanent HR structure within the company. It is essential the candidate is flexible, hands on and credible in their approach. This role will be managing multi site clients across London and the North West so the candidate must be prepared to travel to meet with their customer. Experience of working in a commercial healthcare environment would be highly desirable and beneficial.
