Lettings Area Manager – Excellent Role – N London

We are a well-established property group. Due to their continued growth and success we are looking for an experienced area manager.

The role will be to cover the North London area, with ambitions to cover the whole of the London area.

Main Purpose of the Role:

• Oversee & develop lettings departments in all offices.


• Ensure all cost centres run to budgetary requirements.


• Ensure all staff and cost centres operate to Company Values


• Develop new business opportunities.


• Maintain, build & develop relationships with client base and professional network.

Key Duties:

• Business management & development.


• Review department performance statistics/ monthly figures/budget.


• Research new opportunities.


• Monitor staff performance.


• Develop client relations.


• Staff development.


• Attend meetings – senior board & sales.


• HR of sales staff.


• Generally oversee office where based.


• Contribute to company growth.

Preferably ARLA qualified or prepared to undertake this qualification.

Experience of an area role or minimum of 3+ years’ experience as Branch/Lettings Manager will be required.

• Live reasonably locally or be prepared to relocate.


• Have a personal history of delivering results and business development.


• Have commercial awareness and show good evidence of people and business management.
