Office Manager - Great City Offices



An exciting, newly created role has arisen for a confident and switched on Office Manager to join a prestigious and growing Global Executive Search & Selection Firm in the City.


A role to truly make your own, as the Office Manager you will report directly into their COO and work closely with other team members to ensure the smooth running of a dynamic, growing and social business.


Personality is key to this role! They require an entrepreneurial, driven and ambitious candidate who can evolve the role and mould in to the organisation. A strong personality and an air of confidence is key as you will be required to push back when working with senior management.


They require someone who has proven Office Management experience gained from within professional services, ideally for an SME.


Being the “go to” person within the office, with no two days the same, your day to day remit will include but not be limited to:


  • Day to day trouble shooting with IT and Telecoms

  • Relationship management with travel company – hotels, flights

  • Sourcing venues for company dinners, events, off-sites

  • New starter set up

  • Facilities oversight – supplies, cleaning services, AV services

  • Health and Safety

  • Oversee hiring of admin staff

  • Internal training on systems, processes etc.

  • Managing costs / budgets of above

If you consider yourself to be a “hands on” and driven candidate who is happy to “muck in” and make a difference, then we need to be speaking to you today. A good sense of humour is also essential!
