PA to Hotel General Manager



PA to General Manager for 5 star hotel
Type: Permanent (full-time) Mon-Fri (09:00- 17:00)
Salary: £30,000 – £35,000 + benefits inc. free gym and staff discount
Start date: ideally 1st December 2015 (but they will be open to see candidates that are on notice period)

Requirements


*Flawless English (written and spoken)
*Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
*Excellent communication and organisation skills
*Ability to take minutes from meetings
*Strong written skills and experience in using social media platforms (part of the role will be to formulate response to customer reviews/enquires on behalf of General Manager)
*Ability to prioritise and multi task
*Minimum of 2-3 years of PA/Office support/admin experience
*Experience of working in hotel/hospitality industry, preferably 5 star
