Purpose of the job:


  • To maximise availability & visibility of Our products in key travel hubs and independent stores across London. To grow quality distribution of our products across these formats using enthusiasm, charisma and knowledge of the brand. You will be responsible for a territory that is worth approximately £2.5m to us.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Coverage of defined outlets within designated city centre postcodes – complete all off trade calls within team territory, achieving a minimum of 15 effective calls a day (or the currently specified call coverage target)

  • Work towards achieving Perfect Store in every outlet visited – the objective of every visit is to move the quality of Perfect Store implementation forward.

  • Maximise return on investment for us in every outlet

  • Achieve agreed team and individual targets and specific quarterly objectives.

  • Ensure agreed standards of performance are complied with at all times.

  • Build great relationships in every call providing first class customer service so that all opportunities for the company can be exploited

  • Maximise Availability -Use influence orders, car sales and merchandising to improve outlet ranging and ensure our SKU’s are in stock and on display AT ALL TIMES..

Maximise share of space within the appropriate category for us ensuring minimum planogram space is complied with and always try to exceed space


Education and Qualifications:


  • Valid full UK driving license

  • Arithmetic – able to pass basic numerical assessment

  • Degree preferred

Experience:


  • Basic knowledge of VAT, gross profit and margins

  • Working towards targets

  • Delivering pitches

Knowledge and Skills:


  • Ability to liaise closely with retailers and with fellow employees in the field

  • A proactive individual with ability to work on own initiative

  • Organised and efficient with a “can do” attitude
