Our client, an independent primary school in West London, is seeking to appoint a KS2 Teaching Assistant to join their friendly and highly professional team. This Teaching Assistant vacancy is a full-time, permanent position.

The school is a non-selective day school with circa 92 boys and girls on roll, catering for ages 3-11 years. The school ethos is to provide a happy, secure atmosphere in which children can be the best they can be. The aim is to nurture self-confidence, self-motivation and self-esteem but above all an enjoyment of learning and an appreciation of the similarities and differences of cultures.

The ideal candidate for this Teaching Assistant job will:

– Be a qualified Teaching Assistant
– Have at least 6 months of recent experience working with children in KS1/KS2 in a primary school setting
– Be an outgoing and friendly individual who is flexible in their approach to working with children and in supporting their learning needs
– An inspirational person looking to make a real contribution to the education of children and have a current knowledge of the National Curriculum
