The Cash Learning Partnership (CaLP) is a dynamic and collaborative global partnership of humanitarian actors actively engaged in the critical areas of policy, practice and research within cash transfer programming (CTP). Formed of a community of practice which includes over 150 organisations and up to 5,000 individuals in the wider humanitarian sector, the CaLP aims to catalyse progressive change in practice to effectively meet the needs of people and communities affected by crises. The CaLP is based on learning, knowledge sharing, networking and coordination around the appropriate and timely use of CTP in humanitarian response


The purpose of the CaLP Finance and Administration Manager is to lead the CaLP Finance and Administration support function and ensure provision of quality administrative and financial support to all CaLP operations at global, regional and country levels.


We are looking for qualified/degree level in finance/accounting candidate with:


· Proven accounting experience and financial management skills, with


· Significant amount of work experience as previous Finance Manager for a large INGO or equivalent, with proven experience of internal and donor reporting on multi-currency funded, complex programme budgets across various cost-centres.


· Strong analytical, numeracy, report writing, written and verbal presentation skills, including the ability to present complex issues clearly and concisely.


· High level of experience and knowledge of financial reporting of key humanitarian and rehabilitation donors: ECHO, OFDA, DFATD, DFAT, DFID, SDC, Nordic Donors, UN agencies (UNHCR, WFP, UNICEF etc).


· Willingness to travel up to 25% mostly for planned regional or partner HQ missions, but sometimes at short notice and occasionally in difficult circumstances.


· Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English.
