About You
An experienced teacher practitioner with flexible and innovative approaches to teaching, learning and assessment. You will be an effective team member with excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with ongoing curriculum development to ensure a dynamic student experience. Successful experience of HE programme/module delivery is essential.
You will have a person centered experiential counselling background, ideally you will also be BACP registered and have practical counselling experience such that you be able to successfully apply theory to practice.
You will be excited to contribute to a developing programme, ideally be able to demonstrate an evolving research profile and be able to demonstrate your positive impact on the student experience and the faculty.
About the Role
This role provides the opportunity to work within an established and vibrant team where opportunities exist to contribute to the development of undergraduate counselling and psychotherapy provision as well as further curriculum developments, as appropriate.
The post holder will have an exciting opportunity to support with the development, design and planning of the curriculum of a newly developed programme and wider provision.
