A chef de partie is needed for a luxury and exquisite 5* hotel in the heart of central London.
As a chef de partie you will work with incredible ingredients. Fresh lobster, foie grasand native oysters contribute to the menu, made up of mouth-watering British classics. All the produce is sustainably and seasonally sourced, by the very best suppliers in London. The menu reflects on the flavours of the British seasons and offers both all day dining and an incredible afternoon tea experience.
This is a really grand, extravagant establishment. The chef de partie will produce every single thing to the highest standard possible and customer satisfaction is an absolute must.
Catering for an elite clientele, the required chef de partie will have worked in a fine dining environment before, preferably another 5* hotel or Michelin standard restaurant.
The chef de partie will lead a team of commis and be responsible for the running and maintaining of their section. Reporting to the sous and head chefs, you will support and assist in any way possible.
You will receive a generous salary of £23k plus service charge. 8 shifts a week. Great opportunity for someone who wants to develop their career and progress within the industry.
