Finance Analyst

A qualified Accountant (CIMA/ACCA) required with well developed analytical and people skills to fulfil this important role as a Property Finance Analyst. Working as a key Business Partner, the role involves:

• Providing a valuable service to the property and IT functions.


• Analysis of property costs (e.g. rent, rates, service charges, utilities, maintenance)


• Ownership of budgets and forecasts for key areas


• Assisting with the planning process/compiling investment proposals


• Advising on tenders/tender evaluations.


• Support the IT department on cost queries, and support the capital investment/post investment process.


• Month end duties


• Involvement in investment appraisals

Key Requirements

• Experience as a Business Partner


• Property Finance professional


• CIMA/ACCA


• Experience in retail preferred
