Financial Controller

The role includes management of a small team, and closely partners the CFO.

Responsibilities of the role include:

• Overseeing the smooth running of the UK finance function


• Ensuring that internal and external reporting is in line with UK, US and International standards


• Complete ownership of the month-end process, including budgets and forecasts


• Managing SOX compliance

The candidate MUST have:

• Experienced within a PLC


• An ACA/CIMA Qualification


• Solid knowledge of IFRS, UK and US GAAP


• Strong inter-personal and people-management skills
