The Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant Role:

As this is a graduate position, you can expect excellent training before progressing to a full recruitment consultant role. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for as a Graduate Trainee Recruitment Consultant include:

-Sourcing suitable candidates for your client`s vacancies
-Maintaining and developing candidate and client relationships
-Arranging candidate interviews
-Assisting consultants with business development tasks
-Generating new leads

-Excellent communication skills
-Undergraduate degree (2.2 and above)
-Ability to work quickly and accurately
-Strong work ethic and determination
-Charismatic and lively personality
