HR Field Consultant – Field Based

Salary up to £30,000 (DOE) + London Weighting + Excellent benefits package + Company Car/ Car Allowance

The role of HR Field Consultant involves reviewing and redesigning our client’s employment documentation. This is an exceptional opportunity to work in a fast paced, varied role which provides you with exposure to clients in every Industry! In this role you will work from home and service clients based in the following postcodes; SW, WC and EC.

Main Responsibilities…

• Face to face meetings with clients at their premises to gain an understanding of their HR or employment law requirements

• Create contracts, policies, procedures and handbooks for clients or any legal documentation required

• Implement any documentation for clients that has been created

• Manage your workload in order to ensure that client expectations are met and no complaints are upheld

• Liaise with clients and deal with queries as appropriate

• Manage your workload in accordance with Peninsula’s current procedures and SLA’s

Skills and experience required…

• Good knowledge of employment law / HR

• Minimum of 2 years in a HR role with experience of updating HR Policies and Procedures

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work under pressure within a fast moving performance driven environment
