IT Systems Sales Grad Scheme - London

Salary: £22K basic, uncapped commission

We are currently looking for a highly motivated, confident graduate or first jobber to fulfil a position as a graduate sales executive in the IT and Technology systems sales sector. We are known as an international market leading business to business sales company. Our reputation is second to none, stemming from our three partners combined sixty years’ experience in the market.

You will be representing global brands, known throughout the industry for consistently delivering the best system services. You will also be working with very high spec clients. Recently we have been working closely with companies such as Ebay, Sony and Vodaphone.

The successful candidate will benefit from a market-leading training programme performed by our top sales executives and sales advisers. The extensive training programme will give you the tools necessary to be a successful salesperson, as well as giving you in-depth field knowledge, a combination which allows very fast personal and professional growth.

The role will eventually lead to a full sales executive, where you will be encouraged to bring in and liaise with your own clients and perform the full 360 sales cycle.

Every graduate sales executive starts with a base salary of £22K, which is one of the best starting salaries in London. Commission is available to graduate sales executives from day one. The commission is uncapped, which means earning potential is huge. Last year, our highest earning graduate sales executive took home £69K, and is now on their way to doubling that in their second year!

A successful candidate would have the following:

• A recent graduate from a top 50 university


• Previous history in sales is beneficial but not important


• Proof of a high work ethic


• A competitive and sporty background


• Good communication skills


• The ability to persuade


• The want to progress and work towards targets
