InterQuest Solutions (part of the InterQuest Group) provides innovative managed services, recruitment outsourcing and recruitment consulting services.

Due to recent expansion, we are looking to bring onboard a Junior Data Administrator who will be primarily responsible for maintaining our VMS (Vendor Management System). Based in our Farringdon office, the Junior Data Administrator will Working closely with a number of FTSE 100 companies, this is a crucial role within the Solutions Ops team.

Day to day duties will include but not limited to

• Data Entry


• Database Cleansing


• Archiving Data


• Managing Database access


• Provide user training, support and feedback


• Controlling access permissions and privileges

The successful Junior Data Administrator will be able to highlight from previous roles:

• Completing tasks independently and within a team


• Working to tight deadlines


• Liaising with 3rd parties


• Extensive experience using Microsoft Excel

Good attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with others is a key component for this position.

Whilst previous Data Administration experience is not required, a recent IT or Finance related degree is advantageous.
