We seek a motivated and high-quality individual to contribute to the future development of the Marketing & Strategy Group. The postholder will provide academic and thought leadership in their area of expertise. They will lead in developing and enhancing research and teaching in marketing, specifically in sales management, retail/service marketing or consumer psychology, and in shaping the agenda for the Group going forward. 

Applicants should have an excellent track record in research publication and teaching in their field. They should be able to demonstrate success in attracting funding and in leading research programmes. They should have a strong international profile and network in their subject area, and the ambition to develop that profile within a vibrant subject group. 

Applicants should demonstrate a passion for their subject and be able to communicate that passion effectively to the academic and business communities.
