Project Manager – London – £80,000

The Board of Directors have built strong relationships with some of the biggest names in UK development including British Land, Centros, Delancey and Land Securities.

They are not a multi-disciplinary consultancy and their clients value their independence from the other project disciplines within the project structure.

They are currently seeking a project manager at project director level with strong retail led, mixed use development experience. Shell and core not retail fit out.

You will be working on a £50m plus construction cost project initially while looking to develop your own clients and helping the Directors with a wide range of existing schemes across central London and the South East.
