Recruitment Manager
This Fund Manager based in central London requires an experienced Recruitment Manager to report into the Head of Recruitment.
Key accountabilities:
*Driving, coordinating and delivering the recruitment, resourcing and on-boarding processes
*Vendor Management, reviews and ongoing relationship management.
*Administer and manage psychometric/addition selection testing
*On-boarding and induction
*Oversee coordination of new starter and induction process
*Coordinate and manage interview training programmes
*35% direct hiring
Essential skills & experience:
*Proven end to end recruitment lifecycle experience within an in-house recruitment team
*Degree qualified or educational equivalent (ideally with business of HR related subjects)
*Hiring across all business disciplines
*Use of social media & LinkedIn
*Financial Services or Corporate experience
