Your Role:
The Sales Operation Team has responsibility for ensuring business intelligence and insightful actionable analytics are provided to our Sales Leadership teams.
In your role as Senior Business Analyst your key responsibilties will include:
Regular Pipeline and Forecast Analysis
Measurement of Sales KPI and Metrics
Preparation of Execulative Analysis and Presentation Packs in support of business reviews for leader ship – and team managers
Proactively provide insight into data trends and issues for management teams to action and improve on
Undertake specific process improvement projects to improve overall insight into busines ultimately focus resources and improve win rates
Champion a systematic, metric driven, approach to sales and business development to improve effectiveness
Track Sales Activity and Customer Engagement as it relates to identified market opportunity
Develop visually compelling analysis techniques and tools to improve senior management understanding of their business
Provide reports and analysis to GSS Team managers to track progress and gain actionable insight
Fullfill requirements of internal processes and workflows (mainly in SFDC) in support of better data quality and insight (e.g. Opportunity, Customer and Prospect data)
Attend regular GSS cadence and drive action plans around Sales improvement
Provide insight to support individual campaign planning process and ongoing progress tracking through the year
Skills/Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business / Economics / Marketing / Finance or other relevant subject required. Masters or other discipline related post graduate qualification beneficial.
Strong analytical skills; quantitative or financial techniques with keen approach to problem-solving. Project Management experience beneficial
Excellent communication, presentation and writing skills
Several years hands-on Salesforce.com and Excel expertise
Working within Finance or central Sales & Marketing operations function an advantage. 3-5 years in Management Consulting or similar environment desired
Experience in developing and managing Salesforce.com reports, dashboards and analytics required. Additional knowledge of other Business Intelligence tools beneficial
Experience of working within corporate marketing and sales environment
Experience working in multi-disciplinary, multi-country software or financial services firm
Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environment with flawless execution; working collaboratively with cross-functional, cross-cultural teams
