Senior Land Acquisition Manager with Future Directorship opportunity

Up to £100k basic (dependent on experience) + car allowance + up to 60% bonus & profit share + healthcare

We have been appointed exclusively by our client, a long established and highly successful Property Developer (Mixed Use Residential Led) who are leaders in their field and are looking for a Senior Land Acquisition Manager. This role will also lead to future directorship for the right person.

Role:

Working within London/Greater London, as Senior Land Acquisition Manager you will have responsibility for identifying opportunities and leading the acquisition process. As this company specializes in unconditional land acquisition & development, your experience in acquisition of sites particularly in London/Greater London is key.

You will have proven ability to create deals combined with excellent negotiation skills to deliver and maximize complex mixed-use schemes. Post-acquisition, you will enjoy working with a highly accomplished wider team to deliver planning, sale and profit optimization, unlocking hidden value by innovation and lateral thinking.

Person/Skills

As Senior Land Acquisition Manager you will have:-

• Proven track record of land acquisition particularly in London/Greater London.


• First-hand Knowledge of all aspects of the immediate and strategic land acquisition processes for mixed use development.


• Working knowledge of the planning system through to implementable consent


• Well established network of industry contacts


• Ability to work autonomously and also a strong team player


• Highly commercial, driven and ambitious with a passion to succeed
