Project Manager– Prince 2, Business Analysis, Data Mapping

Key tasks and deliverables
• Mapping out the system specifications that will be required to support the procurement Review existing draft specification and undertake further analysis as required to finalise and agree the specification (including optional requirements based pilot feedback)
• Lead on engagement with system users and other relevant stakeholders to ensure their requirements are reflected in the specification
• Translate end user requirements and aspirations into achievable cost sensitive specifications Ensure specifications are in line with government and SSRO IT security policies Plan the OJEU tender and produce all documentation necessary (legal and procurement advice and support for the OJEU tender will be provided and this expertise is not a requirement)
• Plan, manage and report on the work

Experience Required
• Project management of significant IT data base management systems
• Business Analysis
• Process and data mapping
• Government IT projects
• BCS Solution Development or Business Analysis
