Senior Research Executive - Consultancy



The Company
Our client is a leading research consultancy, based in a trendy London location. They boast modern, open plan offices, an innovative approach to their work and some very exciting clients to work with. They offer support to their staff, helping them to develop and progress throughout their careers. They are looking for a Senior Research Executive to join their business, to work on a range of continuous and ad hoc projects. This role will suit someone who wants to work in a fast-paced and consultative environment, where you can have variety and autonomy in your working day. The Role
In this role, you will be working across a mix of ad hoc and tracking research projects, from inception through to completion. You will have responsibility for managing and overseeing one of their key global tracking studies for an online business. This project is really interesting and incorporates a mix of branding, big data and social media insights.
You will also be working on a range of ad hoc projects, across a variety of sectors such as FMCG, retail, technology, media and public sector. These projects can vary in type – but are likely to include brand strategy and positioning, segmentation, customer journey mapping, category analysis, NPD, concept testing and communication.


Key Duties Include:-
-Client liaison throughout the project
-Contributing to pitching and proposals
-Designing insight programmes, based on what information is already available and what will produce actionable results
-Analysis and report writing
-Presenting to clients


The Candidate
The successful candidate will be educated to degree level and will have a solid background in quantitative research methods. It is likely you will have worked in a research agency, where you will have training on questionnaire design, data checking, analysis and writing reports. You will have experience in managing multiple research projects at one time, working closely with your clients and being able to pull out key insights from the findings. Experience in continuous studies in a must and ad hoc would be an advantage. You will be open to working on qualitative projects as well. An interest in digital and the future of brands is a must. You will have excellent attention to detail and a team player, who enjoys working collaboratively.
