Job Summary
The primary focus of this role is to assist on the Social Media team’s Blogger Outreach initiatives with a focus on the UK & AUS market.
Assisting the Social Media Executive with blogger outreach campaigns, research, blogger gifting and reporting, including but not limited to researching and developing the UK & AUS blogger databases, providing the day-to-day contact with bloggers to achieve coverage around set KPIs, brainstorming campaign ideas, writing blogger contracts and planning and assisting with events.
The role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy and goals. This involves closely liaising with the Marketing and PR assistants and the social media marketing manager, to ensure content is of high quality, current and in keeping with our brand identity along with key KPIs for driving traffic to the website and increase sales.
Tasks, Duties & Responsibilities
- Blogger Outreach
- Assisting in UK & AUS blogger outreach initiatives by researching bloggers, outreaching for campaigns, managing regular blogger activity including monthly newsletters and weekly gifting, assisting on monthly events and workshops.
- Assist in the creation and execution of blogger campaigns in line with the Marketing and Brand calendar.
- Managing POs, Ts & Cs for blogger competitions, contracts for blogger partnerships and product ordering for blogger outreach.
- Supporting with Menswear blogger outreach initiatives, research and gifting.
- Reporting
- Update a weekly coverage report for UK blogger outreach.
- Assist in providing information for the weekly Social Media reports for the Marketing Team and wider business.
- Managing post-campaign reports around blogger outreach initiatives.
- Reporting on competitor blogger outreach activities and distributing to the Social Media team.
As a Social Media Assistant you should be highly motivated, with technical flair, excellent communication skills and a can-do attitude.
