Sous Chef required for this independent 2 Rosette recently refurbished Hotel located in Cumbria. As a Sous Chef you will work closely with the Head Chef and the management team to ensure the Restaurant is at the highest of standards – currently at 2 Rosettes looking to push for 3. Great opportunity to place your own emphasis in the kitchen.
JOB DESCRIPTION
A Sous Chef (minimum 1 Rosette) required to work in this excellent independent Country Hotel producing the finest dishes and menus, using the very best quality local ingredients. As Sous Chef you will be working with a very talented and experienced Head Chef and to deputise and help cover in his absence, you will work in various sections of the kitchen, producing food of the highest standard using various cooking styles and techniques. Motivation and inspiration are essential to communicate the way forward and continue in the restaurants success.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
Some catering qualifications or training within the industry are required and previous experience within a 1 Rosette establishment is essential. A proven track record and strong development through your career will express drive, success and passion for the position.
