We are a niche recruitment consultancy specialising in corporate governance recruitment, business resilience & security recruitment and niche technology recruitment. We are looking for ambitious graduates to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants.

As a trainee recruitment consultant you will have a unique opportunity to work specifically on the candidate side to begin with and then have the opportunity to move on to the client facing side and focus solely on that. We will work with you to find out where you work best and you will have the autonomy to work on either side which is quite different to other recruitment companies.

Your responsibilities as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant will include:

• Sourcing candidates through CV databases/LinkedIn as well as our internal database


• Cold calling – this will encompass a large part of your role


• Writing adverts to attract the best talent


• Liaising with the client facing team to find out what roles you ned to fill

We are looking for bright, energetic graduates with a 2.2 or above who have a passion for recruitment and who want to establish their career as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant.
