Data Quality Analyst / Co-ordinator

Job Title: Data Quality Analyst Coordinator
Type: Permanent

Salary: £21,000


As the Data Quality Coordinator, you will be expected to support the Data Quality Manager in the provision of repertoire and member data management services. The role will involve the identification of data issues and the liaison with other team members and other teams to ensure members take corrective actions to resolve key data gaps at source wherever possible. The Data Quality Coordinator role will require cooperative and positive working with other internal to seek and provide guidance and support and should provide information as requested to ensure that queries are resolved, and revenue is distributed accurately.


Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
* Working on priorities as set by the Data Quality Manager
* Gaining a detailed understanding of the Data Policy
* Monitoring data compliance against Data Policy across all relevant datasets
* Gaining and maintaining a good knowledge and understanding of Repertoire and Member data
* Performing manual intervention and maintenance duties as allocated by Data Quality Manager by department processes, guidelines and deadlines to add, correct and enrich prioritised data for all UK and International repertoire and member data
* Providing an efficient customer service
* Provide documentation and communication to Member Services
* Carry out department administration and tasks in line with departmental processes and procedures, and liaising with Insight & Analytics team in a timely and accurate fashion to support the production of accurate department statistics and prioritisation
* Identifying and escalating issues that will impact on service delivery or quality promptly
* Use initiative and make suggestions to contribute to the effectiveness of the team and service provided
* Providing accurate, professional and timely responses to all communications and queries from internal and external customers
* Providing support to any departmental or inter-departmental initiatives, building positive relationships throughout the company
