Working closely with a Director who has a high profile and long-standing track record, you will be inheriting existing clients (venture capital, asset management and private equity firms) to find them the very best senior talent within Accountancy & Finance functions. This is a hugely buoyant market providing more jobs than this team can fill! With salaries typically between £50K and £150K, placements fees are between £8K and £25K allowing you to bill more than before but without stress and pressure.

This firm enjoy a strong brand name due to their unique model and approach which has resulted in the majority of their work either being exclusive or retained – allowing you to work on fewer but higher quality roles, respresenting highly attractive employer brands that in turn attract higher quality candidates.
