Equity Release Adviser (IFA) - All leads provided

£26k basic + car allowance + £55k OTE – £80k for top advisors

Our client is one of the UK’s top specialists in Equity Release and Home Reversion plans is looking for an additional face to face adviser to be based from home. Your role will be to visit customers in their homes to provide quality equity release advice to clients and agree their needs and aspirations. You will then search the market on the clients behalf to find appropriate equity release products to meet those needs and present their personal recommendations.

All enquiries are generated by the Marketing department, through TV, national press and online advertising, PR and direct marketing campaigns. The team at head office contact these leads to arrange appointments on your behalf. You will then visit your clients, turning equity release enquiries into sales.

As the company’s primary contact with the public you will promote the company’s image, and deliver the highest levels of customer service. Working from home, you must also adhere to all regulatory standards, meet company training and compliance requirements and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of the market.

Working with a customer base aged 55 and over, you will need excellent communication skills and ideally hold a certificate in regulated equity release or equivalent. You should also have good computer and organisational skills.
