Experience working in a media / PR / marketing agency is essential


We are looking for a bright, proactive and reactive individual with exceptional organisational skills to support in the smooth running of dynamic Global Boutique Media Agency based in Kensington, London.


You need to have a calm, approachable and open manner and be used to working quickly and under pressure, in a busy Media environment.


This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join one of London’s leading communication companies.


This role will involve admin duties and supporting the teams in PR, marketing, event management in addition to ensuring the office administration/reception operates in a highly efficient manner.


The role also requires undertaking PA duties for the Founder and CEO of the company.


You will be expected to be an integral team member and be involved in a variety of tasks and duties. This could range from helping put together presentations, assist PR/Marketing/ teams, admin support in event management to the smooth running of the office.


Key Responsibilities


  • End to End reception/office assistant

  • Meeting and greeting clients

  • Undertaking PA duties

  • Manage articles and cuttings

  • Support PR/Marketing teams with administrative tasks

  • Collating coverage and mounting

  • Manage databases

  • Coordinating guest lists

Key Skills


  • The personality and flair to communicate and listen to others in a professional and helpful manner both face to face and on the telephone

  • Excellent admin experience

  • Excellent written, IT and verbal communication skills, able to deal with difficult telephone calls and write own correspondence

  • High level of attention to detail, mature and calm approach

  • Proactive, self starter with ‘can do’ attitude

  • Excellent IT skills and knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint is essential

  • Good time management and ability to prioritise own work

  • Ability to work under pressure and offer flexibility when necessary to meet deadlines

  • Creative and innovative – able to think laterally

  • Team player – must be flexible, adaptable and appreciative of needs of other team members

  • Experience of working in a busy communications company would be key
