CARE International is seeking an experienced photo librarian/archivist to set up and manage a new Digital Asset Management system for CARE globally, transfer existing assets (mainly photographs as well as some video) into the DAM system, and train staff globally in how to upload, annotate, catalogue, share and retrieve digital assets.

About You

If you have significant experience of working with a Digital Asset Management system, and ResourceSpace in particular, please do apply for this exciting, challenging role. You will be given the opportunity to set up the system from scratch for a leading global humanitarian and development agency with access to a wide range of fascinating and topical photography projects.
The role will be managed by CARE’s Head of Global Communications based in Geneva but hosted by CARE in the UK at its Vauxhall office. The successful candidate for this role will therefore be employed by CARE International UK, will be physically based in London and will have a desk with CARE’s UK communications team, but will be seconded to the CARE International Secretariat.
This is a temporary role for 16 months, currently funded until 30 June 2017.
