Due to a fantastic 2015 we are expanding our office in London and looking for hardworking and ambitious individuals to become Trainee Recruitment Consultants to join our Specialist Consultants who have all achieved promotion in recent months.


As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you will start on a basic salary of £20,000. We offer a market leading commission scheme which is uncapped giving you the opportunity to earn spectacularly. If you work hard and take advantage of the platform that we can offer you, you can expect to earn £30,000 – £40,000 in year 1, £60,000 – £70,000 in year 2 and £70,000 – £100,000 in year 3 – Opportunities to earn 6 figures as you progress

The Role:


  • Identifying companies to develop long lasting working partnerships.

  • Attract, assess and connect specialised Technology Professionals with relevant businesses.

  • Using a variety of candidate sources including in-house database, external search engines, referrals and advertising.

  • Interviewing candidates and managing the application process.

  • Managing the offer and placement process ensuring a high level of service.

Sales/ New Business:


  • Telesales of existing and new clients, networking with applicants to generate new business opportunities.

  • Conduct client meetings and present your offerings.
