Senior Account Manager - Digital Agency


An opportunity for a talented Senior Digital Account Manager to manage an existing portfolio of client accounts and develop new accounts on behalf of a boutique digital marketing agency, who have an excellent track record of delivering high performance, comprehensive and flexible digital marketing solutions (SEO, Apps, Web, Video) for some of the UK’s leading Healthcare brands, including specialised video applications. Basic salary: £35k – £45k depending on experience plus up to £15k uncapped OTE. London.


Reporting to the MD, your focus will be account management of a number of already existing portfolio of client accounts in terms of revenue & growth and the development of new business opportunities. This role will suit someone who is coming from a digital agency and has an excellent sales acumen, passionate for all things digital and thrives in being able to offer innovative digital solutions and insights to customers.


The Senior Digital Account Manager responsibilities includes:


– Managing the delivery of a diverse range of digital initiatives ranging from: web design and development, cloud services, search engine optimisation, mobile and social media marketing, app development and video production services.


– Increase revenue from existing portfolio of accounts and identifying and following up on new business opportunities


– Managing budgets and delivery deadlines ensure everything is on track and within budget


– Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and emerging trends within health and social media


– Flawlessly managing multiple projects at once in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment


The Senior Digital Account Manager experience includes:


– Previous account management within a fast paced digital agency selling web design and development, cloud services, search engine optimisation, mobile and social media marketing, and app development is essential


– Experience in online video production services would be great


– A consultative, conscientious and rigorous approach to increase client’s competitive edge by advising them on how to make their websites / marketing campaigns etc visible across search engines


– Confident in developing and nurturing business relationships with a variety of different client stakeholders


– A charismatic outgoing personality, a natural ‘people person’ with fantastic presentation and well-honed communication skills


– It would be really great if you have prior experience of managing large healthcare brand accounts and selling to doctors, hospital directors and business owners


In return you will receive a basic salary between £35k – £45k plus and a bonus in the region of up to £15k uncapped OTE plus potential share options.
