A leading independent recruitment brand that specialises purely in the Marketing & Creative sectors now seen an experienced Research & Resourcing Consultant to join their London team.

With a first class reputation for providing some of the UK’s most exciting names in Creative, Marketing & PR, this company have a long-standing track record for placing all levels of both Finance and Creative staff. As their expansion plans accelerate there are opportunities for Resourcers to join this team as they continue to diversify and build out their divisions.

Deeply embedded into their industry their workplace is no different and offers employees a seriously cool working environment in a large and busy creative hub shared with several other creative agencies – with stylish offices, chill out areas, thinking spaces, meeting rooms, cafe and bar.

Working closely with your Account Manager who is responsible for generating the vacancy you will be responsible for:

• Candidate mapping


• Initial approach calls


• Qualifying candidate and gathering useful data


• Preparing candidate CV’s


• Coordinating interviews


• Creating regular mailshots and marketing campaigns


• Advertising

The end result should be a great shortlist for your Account Manager to approve that results in great long-lasting placements – in return you will earn 10% commission!

Full training and sales direction will be provided for this new recruit but the position requires a pro-active approach to targeting potential active and passive candidates in the London market, making full use of LinkedIn, Social Media & online marketing
