Divisional Manager - Executive PA / Secretarial

A long established and much admired recruitment agency with an impressive profile for traditional office support and secretarial recruitment solutions now seek a leader in London for a newly created strategic role. Working directly to a Board Director you will be responsible for re-developing this highly lucrative area of business with a base in either the City or West End.

You will instantly gain access to an impressive and well-developed client and candidate database and will be able to take advantage of some fantastic resources when it comes to marketing, social media and events management – not to mention the freedom and budget to implement your ideas and strategies.

This role will allow you a great deal of autonomy and creative license when it comes to defining how this executive level business should look and feel and you will be both developing the initial client base (although it’s already long-established through the rest of the business) to bring them a new and innovative service placing senior level PS’s with Board Level contacts.

Over the course of the first 6 – 12 months you will move away from an active billing role and will instead focus your efforts on developing a team of Consultants throughout the London branch network, providing strategy, technique and leadership for your Division.

With salaries ranging between £40,000 and £80,000 typically and terms at 25% minimum this opportunity can create some fantastic earnings as well as the career satisfaction you really crave.
