Evans Cycles is the UK’s largest specialist cycle retailer, currently operating 56 stores nationwide and a highly successful mail order and e-commerce operation. We are now looking to recruit an experienced Assistant Store Manager to support our busy Store. This is a challenging role. Day to day, you will be managing one of our Store’s. You will be responsible for optimising sales, coaching Line Manager’s as to how to best develop their colleagues, managing colleague relationships, delivering effective Customer Service and ensuring all of the team adhere to the company’s processes and procedures.

We would like to hear from candidates with retail, customer service and management experience. You must be able to demonstrate a passion for cycling.
