To support our continued growth we are currently recruiting for an Assistant Store Manager to join our Skagen White City team.

Responsibilities
:

Candidates should be able to strategically recruit, train, and develop a productive store team whose primary focus is promoting our brand while offering exceptional customer service. They should inspire and encourage teamwork towards successfully achieving sales goals and upholding daily operations…most importantly, creating a fun environment!

Your Profile:

You must have previous experience in a managerial role in a retail environment and a proven track record in driving and achieving KPI’s. You should be passionate about retailing, someone who thinks commercially and enjoys coaching/ developing their team.

Experience within or accessories would be an advantage. Passion for Danish design, our watches, jewellery and leathers is a must!

Wood Lane Station, between the existing Shepherd’s Bush Market and Latimer Road stations, forms part of the north-west gateway to Westfield London. It is only 250 metres away from the White City Underground station on the Central line. Shepherd’s Bush Station links with the Overground station for access to Clapham Junction, Gatwick Airport and the South. Service is

fast and frequent across both lines – there are 30 trains an hour on the Central line. What’s more, we’re just ten minutes from the West End, 20 minutes from the City, 15 minutes from Ealing, and 25 minutes from Ruislip. The Hammersmith & City line should get you here in ten minutes from Paddington, and under 25 minutes from King’s Cross.
