Warehouse Administrator - Coffee Plant - Wembley
Salary £10 to £12 per hour depending on experience.

As a small coffee roasting company we are looking for someone with multiple general office skills to take over some of the work of the warehouse manager
* good phone manner to deal with incoming orders, potential new customers, monitoring feedback from existing regular customers, developing relationships with key customers
* ability to pick up our accounts programme, Account Edge, similar to Sage and Quickbooks, in days not weeks
* updating website information
* accurate data entry of stock processing records (ie coffee roasting, grinding and packing)
* taking orders while speaking to the customer on the phone, checking against their previous orders, advising on new products they might want
* raising accurate invoices
* familiarity with about 150 stock lines which include loose coffee beans of different roasts and origins, various blends and grinds, different pack sizes, different tea origins and blends.
* general clerical skills
* experience in simple marketing techniques would be an advantage, eg sending out free samples to customers and checking on feedback, running Google adwords campaigns, emailing lists
Hours will be 9.00 – 1.00 every weekday
You will need to be fit, healthy and free from allergies as the warehouse temperature varies more than in a normal office, there can be dust and odours, and you will occasionally be asked to help with packing and other physical tasks due to holidays, illness etc
