Bodyshop Controller

This is an exciting challenge for an experienced Bodyshop Controller or Workshop Controller with excellent Management skills to supervise and prioritise the Bodyshop Technicians within a very busy Dealership Bodyshop.

Your duties will include supervising a team of Technicians and to make sure each vehicle goes through the Bodyshop efficiently while liaising with the Bodyshop Advisors who can keep the customer fully informed and up to date, always insuring high quality repair.

The company is a busy Bodyshop that will offer you the opportunity to utilise your skills and experience to help drive the department forward.

Experience:

• You must be either an experienced Bodyshop Controller or someone with Technical Bodyshop background who wants to take the next step in their career.


• You must have strong managerial skills and be able to prove you can control and motivate a Bodyshop of Technicians efficiently.

The role is 47 hours per week Mon-Fri 8-6 and every other Sat 8-12.
