Customer Service Executive
An rewarding opportunity to work in customer service in an award-winning, fast-growth start up environment based in Clapham / Balham. LaundryRepublic is looking for candidates to work in our friendly team to provide fantastic customer service to our clients around London.
Role
– Monitoring the customer service software that handles incoming customer e-mails, and prioritising responses
– Answering the phone, and taking immediate action on requests or making reliable arrangements for action to be taken in the near future
– Answering customers’ questions about the service in general, and finding information about specific orders and accounts
– Resolving complaints through apology/explanation, taking action to redress problems, and following up on any necessary re-processing procedures with customers’ items
– Liaising with the operations team to resolve recurring problems
– Lots of opportunities for progression as the company grows rapidly
Package
Pay: £21,000 – £23,000 per annum (potential for more based on experience)
Hours: Typically Mon-Fri 8am – 5pm, with some variability based on demand

Skills required
– Perfect English, both spoken and written
– Must be skilled on the telephone
– Must be able to write clear, accurate emails to customers
– Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and time management skills
– Must be polite, motivated, and hard-working
– Must be eligible to work and live in the UK, and based within commuter distance of Clapham / Balham
