We currently have a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Home Manager based in Westminster London. The 38 bedded nursing home joined our clients portfolio of care homes in 2015 and provides continuing care to residents. The company are a not-for-profit leading national care provider. The appointment of an exceptional Deputy Manager is pivotal to the success of this new home. You will need to quickly develop a strong relationship with the Home Manager, providing support in recruiting and training staff, fostering a strong team ethic throughout, and inspiring an environment that champions the delivery of outstanding levels of care.
