Digital Content Producer (ref: KA/AW)

My client are a global British clothing retailer who make 90% of their sales online. The company sells in several countries, with websites for the UK, US, Germany and Australia. They are now looking for a Digital Content Producer to join their Web Publishing team.

The main responsibility will be to develop and build new designs as well as improving existing ones to enhance the online user experience for customers. Also working across social media areas, features, microsites and selling pages.

Other key responsibilities include;

• Design and build web assets and experiences in HTML and CSS at pace in order to support tactical trading and personalisation.


• Support the Design Manager in helping the brand develop its digital voice.


• Ensure everything produced harmonises with the strong brand standards of the company.


• Able to show the benefits of reducing, reusing, and recycling our content and templates using an iterative approach.


• Ensure you and the teams meet deadlines whilst adapting to change.


• Work collaboratively to develop best in class users journey that will drive the website forward and influence the rest of the business.


• Work with our key stakeholders in Brand, Marketing and Merchandising to ensure all campaigns are adequately supported on the web.


• Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and take ownership of the online customer experience

The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of HTML5 and CSS3, good understanding of layout and website navigation. They should also have 1-2 years experience in professional web design, art working within an in house retail experience in fashion/ecommerce. They need to have a strong attention to detail, be a quick learner and a strong team player.
