We are looking for ambitious graduates with a proven history in telesales or a sales environment. The recruitment industry is incredibly competitive so a successful candidate must be money hungry with the drive to succeed.

My client is the market leader in professional contract recruitment, in industries such as Procurement, Energy and Technology. They began as one office and have organically grown in response to the demands of the market, with offices now spread across the UK.

The growth and success of the company is a direct result of the graduate intake. One of the core values of the company is to promote from within and reward personal successes. The management team began as graduate recruitment consultants and worked their way up the career ladder.

What they look for:

To be a successful candidate you should be self motivated, tenacious, confident and driven. Only candidates with a strong academic record and a University degree of 2:1 or above will be considered for this opportunity. A background in telesales is preferable but not a pre-requisite.

If you are a successful candidate you will start on the Graduate Development Programme which runs for 12 weeks. You will embark on a combination of training and mentoring at the desk from your Manager and Director as well as formal training delivered by their in house training team.

Trainees can expect to earn £40,000 in their first year, with the top earners at the company taking home £300,000 per annum. The basic salary ranges from £20-25K per year, dependent on experience.
