Our Client is acknowledged both locally and internationally as a leading provider of soft skills training solutions, delivering innovative and bespoke training that utilises the very latest in training technology. Due to continued growth at their London office they now have a need to strengthen their sales team with the appointment of an additional internally based Graduate Sales Executive.

As a Sales Executive covering new and existing accounts, you will have access to a full suite of soft skills training products and services to offer to the business community and direct to the end user. Dealing within SME, corporate and consumer markets, you will develop relationships / business through a mix of inbound enquires, new business development and the ongoing account management of existing accounts. This consultative role will be built around trust and the delivery of a quality product/ training solution. Applications are invited from recent graduates or 2nd Jobbers who possess previous business to business sales experience. You will be dynamic in your approach, ambitious, self motivated and an excellent communicator with a record of achievement. Your presentation skills will be first class and will accompany your high levels of drive and determination. This sales role requires a sporty individual with a passion for development, a true people person who invests time into others and is suited to those who have worked in a “people business” like recruitment.

The successful sales candidate can expect an initial base salary circa 22k with an uncapped OTE exceeding 30k in the first year. There is also an additional benefits package and personal access to the full training portfolio, which can be used for self development.
